What is a Snag list Inspection?
It is an opportunity to have a professional inspect your property, make a list of any faults or unfinished work that will then be presented to the Builder to rectify prior to you moving into your new home.
Our inspection begins at the front door and ends at the back gate. Unlike other providers who have a checklist of items that they run through, we go in with an open book and check everything. This results in finding snags that many others just won’t find. Property Snag also offers a full return visit to check that all the snags have been satisfactorily completed.
